Served ITW India, a subsidiary of ITW, USA for more than 18+ years and in his last position, he was responsible for the metals industry (India & Middle East - Africa regions) in the role of General Manager, reporting to the Chairman.
Served several top accounts in India & MEA through Field Engineering Services, Key Account Management and outsourced Pacakging Contracts. Played active role from the front line in building business in India which resulted in growing the business unit performance 25% YOY and improved profitability and market share in key segments and accounts. Built sustainable long-term business with key customers through strategic investments. Built sustainable Global Partnerships for ITW India to widen the product-market basket.

Ch. Peri Reddy, Director Services
He is qualified Mechanical Engineer having more than 25 years of experience in the field of Turbo Machinery services.
He is specialized in TG Over Hauls, Trouble shooting, NDT techniques, RLA studies and workshop management. He Served Turbo machinery group of industries in India & Middle East Region before joining MVS ACMEI.
Peri Reddy is responsible for Turbo machinery Over hauls, NDT and MCSA Services.
G. Sandeep Kumar Raju, Country Head -- Technical Services
He is a qualified mechanical engineer with an ISO Level III Certified Vibration Analyst (Equivalent to BINDT) & ISO Level II certified in Vibration analysis by Mobius Institute.
Having more than 14+ years experience in Condition Monitoring Services, he is responsible for Field Services looking after India & overseas market in Emergency & Remote Monitoring Services.
His area of specialization in Turbo Machinery trouble shooting and handled upto 660 MW Capacity.
Subodh Kumar Naik, Business Development Manager
He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with ASNT Level II certification in Infrared Thermography. At present he is looking after the business development activities especially in the field of Infrared Thermography.
Having 10 years of professional experience out of which he worked for 2 years in automobile sector & 4 years at IIPM. He has a expertise in the field of Thermography for electrical, mechanical & process applications in various industries located across India & abroad. In addition to this he has experience in Lube Oil Analysis, Auto Cad & training.
Prior to joining MVS ACMEI Technologies Pvt Ltd he worked as Senior Consultant at Indian Institute of Production Management (IIPM).
L. Lakshmi Narayana, Head -- Oil Lab Operations
He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer (DME) with 16 years Professional Experience in the field of Condition Monitoring & Lube Oil Ferrography Wear Particle Analysis.
He is Certified Analys in Condition monitoring of machines through Oil Analysis by CPRI Government of India society, Bangalore & Machine Lubricant Analyst -- ICML - Level II - Noria, U.S.A.
Before joining MVS ACMEI Technologies Pvt Ltd he worked with Predict Oil Lab - SPM Instruments India Pvt Ltd, Indian Insitute of Production Management (IIPM), Emerson Process Management (India) Private Limited, Mumbai (Reliability Solutions Machinery Health Management).
V. Raghavendra Rao, Manager -- Technical Services
He is qualified Electrical & Electronics Engineer (DEEE) with 20 Years Professional Experience in the field of Electrical testing and MCSA services.
He has Executed State-of-the-art tests on HV Generators, Motors, Transformers, Switch gears, Cables, Lightning Arresters, Bushings, Insulating oils etc.
He has expertise in doing Computerised Digital ELCID Test, TanĪ“ / PF / Capacitance measurement, Partial discharge analysis, DC High Voltage test, Winding Resistance measurement, IR & PI, Corona Probe test, Surge comparison test etc.
Has done Condition Assessment of HV power equipment considering parameters like Visual Inspection, Operation conditions, History of the machine and electrical diagnostic test results. He is involved in Marketing of Company Services, Business Development and Customer support activities.
He has Successfully tested Turbo and Hydro Generators ranging from 1.5 MW to 1000 MW. Also tested HV motors, Transformers, Bushings, Lighting Arresters, Circuit breakers, Cable's etc.
Prior to joining MVS ACMEI Technologies Pvt Ltd,he worked for different Organizations in the field of diagnostic testing of Electrical power equipment like M/s. Powertest Asia Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, M/s MRTG Power Diagnostic tests Pvt. Ltd., and M/s Prognosys EM Service Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad.
